The main challenge to achieve is coping with the cultural adaptation period and become an expert and ambassador of the Tec21 model. The position requires giving lectures and workshops at the undergraduate level, in English for the equivalent of 12 hours per week, during the semester and to participate in academic activities such as: the development of teaching material, seminars, and collaborative work with colleagues of the department, one-on-one mentoring, and participation in institutional events. 

The expected start date is the next academic year, beginning in August 2018.

This opportunity is for you if:

• You have a PhD in Finance or closely related fields
• You have excellent oral and writing skills in English.
• Your experience includes knowledge and expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking, Corporate Finance, Portfolio and Risk Management.
• You are a professor that challenges, guides and empowers the students, always using technology and innovation.  If you like to participate actively in the professional, academic and social environments and you are a role model to the students.
