ISM University of Management and Economics is the first privately owned institution of management education in Lithuania. Our main aim is to offer innovative, qualitative studies and training of management and economics for creative, ambitious young persons and experienced business managers.

The Board is a collegial management body of ISM, formed of 7 members. The Board elects the President, considers and approves the university's strategy, examines and assesses information on the organisation of activities of the university and its financial status. The term of office of the independent board member of ISM shall be 4 (four) years.

Requirements for the candidates:

• 10+ years' experience in top level management of higher education or business institution
• impeccable reputation
• very good knowledge of English
• no associations with other legal entities via connections that could lead to a conflict of interests
• ability to dedicate sufficient amount of time for the work in the Board (to participate at least in 3 Board meetings per year)

Travel and accommodation expenses are refunded.
