The University of Twente invites you to the Seminar: 'The ins and outs of TEM' on 31 may 2016.

After a successful first edition in Dutch, this second edition is in English, for (international) educational professionals and teachers who are interested in their innovative education model.

Our changing society asks for ‘T-shaped professionals’: graduates who know the depth of their field but are also capable of stepping off the beaten tracks and apply their knowledge more broadly, in collaboration with other disciplines and society. This is why  the Twente Education Model (TEM) was developed. Students learn theory and skills in 15EC thematic modules. The education promotes active learning, is project-led and student centered. In September 2013 all bachelorprogrammes were redesigned according to TEM. This summer, the first TEM students will graduate.
