Promoting food security through the monitoring of emerging pollutants in marine endogenous resources; Intelligent valorization of marine endogenous resources through bioprospecting and traceability methods; Development of a strategy for the integrated valorization of agro-food and forestry by-products in the context of the circular economy
Usage of common and integrated approaches within the concept of biorefinery, extrapolated to any by-product,Development of new value added products, with application in food supplements and functional foods contributing to add value to these key sectors.
