The ECIU Research Labs On-site Workshop will bring together at INSA Rouen researchers and support staff from across the ECIU University to strengthen collaborations, advance shared research agendas, and explore innovative and challenge-based approaches to research.
The workshop follows up on the online session held earlier in 2025. This previous session provided an opportunity for ECIU University members to lay the groundwork for collaborative research practices within the alliance.
This onsite meeting at INSA Rouen Normandie will provide a dynamic space to initiate new projects and collaborations. Only research groups whose projects were approved by the ECIU Vice for Presidents on 25/6 are invited to attend the on-site workshop.

The event will start on the morning of 16 October 2025, and end in the early afternoon of 17 October 2025.

- By train: Direct trains from Paris Saint-Lazare to Rouen Rive Droite (approx. 1h20).
- By car: Around 1h30 from Paris via the A13 motorway.
From Rouen city center:
- By metro/tram: Take line T4 (Technopôle du Madrillet) to the terminus.
- By taxi: Around 20 minutes from Rouen Rive Droite train station.
Participants are encouraged to book accommodation in Rouen city center or near the INSA Rouen campus.

This event is open for registration only to researchers and appointed staff from selected proposals within the framework of the ECIU Research Labs.
