Introducing SEPO
The Strategic European Project Office (SEPO) of the ECIU is a vibrant community of experts in R&I and Educational Cooperation across the ECIU Institutions. They mutually collaborate for peer-to-peer training, capacity building and providing ECIU member institutions with guidance in scouting funding opportunities and in EU application processes.
R&I Expert Group
grants advisors and researcher offices from the 13 ECIU members, working as part of SEPO.
EduCo Group
Erasmus+ or international officers from the 13 ECIU members, working as part of SEPO.
European Funding Adviser
coordinates the SEPO activities.
SEPO can facilitate and promote networking events and bottom-up initiatives of ECIU academic staff.

We provide strategic support decisions for project development, and lead initiatives for R&I and educational project proposals in line with the Vision 2030

We provide a competence centre for peer-to-peer learning, best-practice exchange and training
Lobbying
We act as a lobbying mechanism towards the EU and national level regarding funding and financial investments, in close cooperation with the ECIU Brussels office

The ECIU Expert Group R&I Policy and Programmes (R&I Group) is composed of research advisors, research managers, and grantwriters from ECIU member universities.
EduCo Group
The ECIU Expert Group Educational Cooperation Policy and Programmes (EduCo Group) is composed of Erasmus+ / international relations managers and administrators from ECIU member universities.
