Erasmus+ Staff Week: Shaping the Future of Erasmus+

The International Cooperation Centre of Lodz University of Technology, Poland is pleased to invite you to participate in the Erasmus+ Staff Week: SHAPING THE FUTURE OF ERASMUS+, which will take place from 25 to 29 May 2026.
This Staff Week is open to international relations officers and administrative staff from higher education institutions interested in exchanging experiences, sharing good practices, and strengthening interinstitutional cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The programme will include training activities, brainstorming sessions, workshops, and well-being practices as well as cultural activities showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Lodz.
The Tuesday session is dedicated to University Alliances and will include a presentation of the ECIU Universituy and the Student Ambassador scheme.
Application deadline: 20 March 2026
Selected applicants will be notified by end of March.

- Brainstorming session:
University alliances – good practices. Forming alliances around accessibility in education. - Lunch
- Workshop: Challenges, goals and difficulties in Erasmus+ (working in groups):
- Cooperation towards accessible mobility
- Incentives and motivational tools encouraging students to participate in international mobility programmes
- Promotion of Erasmus+ at the home institution – possible actions and good practices
- Incoming students – integration with local students (internationalisation at home)
- Shaping the future of the Erasmus+ programme (new models of mobility)

Wednesday – 27/05: Building Relations

- Mobility Picnic – open-air event for the entire academic community interested in international education and cultural exchange.
Thursday – 28/05: Emotions Under Control

- EQUNI board game – Fighting the Monster of Discrimination
(Tool to improve students’ emotional intelligence to tackle discrimination and ensure equal opportunities at European universities – awarded EU Project of the Year) - Coffee break
- Art therapy session: Calm your nervous system and restore balance with the practice of art therapy
