Europe's most entrepreneurial universities launch joint Research Mobility Fund

The European Consortium ofInnovative University (ECIU) has just launched aResearch Mobility Fund, aiming at increasing collaboration amongst itsresearchers.
Researchers are invited to apply fora travel grant of up to 5.000 Euros for a stay at one of the 11 partneruniversities in Europe and in Mexico.Themobility fund works as an incentive to explore and deepen researchcollaboration within the ECIU network. Researchers coming together through thescheme are invited to explore possible international high quality researchoutputs, for example joint research funding grant applications, scientific publicationsand research projects. The mobility fund ultimately supports professionaldevelopment of ECIU researchers, by supporting know-how exchange in aninternational high-quality research environment.
For interested researchers
The ECIU member universities encourage early career researchers to apply,including PhD students. The fund is open to all disciplines; preferences aregiven to applications addressing the ECIU joint strategic research areas ofSmart Society and Manufacturing 4.0. Connection to innovationand Entrepreneurship is of added value to an application. Funds may beconsidered for applications aiming at exploring bilateral or multilateral collaborationsbetween ECIU partners.
