The latest practice-based white paper offers a closer look at ECIU University's user experience

The user journey has proved itself an essential part of ECIU University processes and growth, connecting thousands of community members with opportunities across 12 member institutions. In the last four years, 91% of users who participated in our surveys have expressed satisfaction with their overall ECIU University experience, while 82% have said they are likely to participate in Alliance-related activities again.  

The latest practice-based white paper, 'One journey, one front door: How ECIU University designs and supports the user experience across 12 universities, 2022–2026', sets out to explain the processes behind this success. The paper details the development of the ECIU University UX strategy, highlights the significance of user research when developing user journeys, goes behind the scenes of ECIU University's User Service Centre, shows the new approach in action and offers recommendations for other alliances.

Heavily tied to the work and experience of ECIUn+ Work Package 7, it emphasises the importance of a unified, central approach when developing user experiences – supporting ECIU University's vision of pursuing innovation and co-creation in European higher education.
