Project overview
The project aims to create dynamic opportunities for both teachers and students in Early Childhood Teacher Education (ECTE) by fostering “internationalization at home and abroad.” It focuses on building an innovative, sustainable structure that recognizes diverse backgrounds and enhances the inclusion of students’ cultural capital.
The project emphasizes innovative teaching practices through international collaboration and intercultural encounters, promoting intercultural competence and cultural sensitivity. Cultural sensitivity is integrated both in teaching methods for teacher educators and as part of student learning for their future roles in early childhood education.
